At least 2008 should be successful, jobwise and anything else you want to achieve.
How is it going with the ecdl? Are you taking the "big" one or the small version with only 4 exams (ecdl start)?
I could never go to the Brandenburger Tor at such an occasion, I could panick among so many people

Well, you surely mean 'could' though the year 2007 was all in all a good one.
I`m afraid, I don`t want to talk about the ECDL course for personal reasons.
Berlin has much more to offer than a 'Silvesterparty'.

Hallo,
oh, I have been to Berlin. Never saw that much and what I saw didn't really impress me that much. Can't get a feeling for that city. But I know some nice people there.
If you need any tipps for the ecdl just ask. But it's okay if you don't want to talk about it.
After I passed the written part of my last exam now, I said I am not going to take any more - besides the oral one of course. Now I am thinking about what else might make sense (nothing really does if I don't get a job).
So I might just read a lot about themes I am interested in. Or finally start some kind of voluntary work. Anything to keep me occupied.

Hallo Tina,
It depends upon what catching things you are you looking for in Berlin. Perhaps I can give you a hint for the next time.
Thanks a lot for your understanding, I`ve put the ECDL topic on side for a couple of weeks.
Voluntary work sounds well.
If the living costs and a bit more are assured.

Usually you don't get money for voluntary work - but at least it would keep me occupied.
Had an interview today, for a 15 hrs/wk office job, perhaps more hrs later. They told they will phone tmrw to tell their decision.
Berlin - I have been there only for certain reasons, as the meeting of people who usually are on a certain site in the web. And once, in my youth, for the catholics day (back in 1979). But usually, wherever I go, I can feel a place, with Berlin there is no feeling at all. But if I visit your city again I will let you know.

Can there be more than one reason to do voluntary work as to get occupied?
I think, at least the feeling to be needed or as an aim in life.
Good luck for your application, Tina!
It can happen all the time that some places or cities don`t arouse enthusiasm.

didn't get the job, so I am writing applications again
at least I was to an interview, that's better than getting a "no" right away
