Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

Today, the great heights are again giving us rain, drizzle and fog. Oh yippeee-whoo-hoo. smiley - groan

Sad as it is to say, I'm nearly looking forward to the first snow-fall. Atleast that is "drier".

And as of Sunday morning, the snow-blower IS up-to-speed and purrs nicely.

Talking of purring all the cats are mooching about today

Oh? You didn't go and open another fresh packet of snack-treats, did you? Or is some kind of fish thawing for supper? smiley - drool

Third Time Lucky...

Post 69

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

It's got something to do with the weather

Third Time Lucky...

Post 70

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

The only weather related stuff that affects our furries at this time of the year? Leaves !!! Zillions of them in the breezes, and they try to watch each one. If one seems to flutter up and over the house, they'll run like demons from that window to the other side of the house, expecting to see that specific leaf land. smiley - rofl

Post 71

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

I can always tell when it's going to rain because the smiley - cats go mad

Third Time Lucky...

Post 72

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

Third Time Lucky...

Post 73

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

Third Time Lucky...

Post 74

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

Yeah, I suppose it IS all relative, eh? smiley - winkeye

Third Time Lucky...

Post 75

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

It only happens in the rain tho

Third Time Lucky...

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

I could be absolutely insane and suggest that they ought to be studied around other imminent weather, like tornados, blizzards of Canuck proportion, and really excessive heat-spells. But then I'd perhaps find myself offering them accomodations for a time.

So instead, I'll just grin idiotically and twiddle my thumbs quietly for a moment. smiley - whistle

Post 77

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

Masky likes the wind, she'll sit in the garden and let it ruffle her fur

Third Time Lucky...

Post 78

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear }

Really? Most cats that I know will try to hunker down and out of any wind ... Contrary to the typical dog for a ride in a car, head hanging out fo a window. smiley - tongueout

Third Time Lucky...

Post 79

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby)

Well my cats are weird

Maybe it's just their nationality? I'd imagine they also have an odd Brit-accent to their plaintive mewls and annoying yowls. Ours, of course, have no accent at all. smiley - whistle
