I have no idea how I got onto this, a very convoluted search through the highways and backwaters of the internet I'm sure.
Welcome to my bit of this site. I may not find it again so cherish these pearls of wisdom, now where are the smileys?
I'm a thirty something welshman who left the land of his fathers to live in Northern Ireland at the behest of my wife, a lovely yet scary Irish lass, (although the kids have welsh birth certificates. A proud yet pointless thumbs up to my heritage as they all now talk in 'norn iron')
I am a recent, poor, misguided yet faithful christian with an all abiding interest in food, beer, smallholdings and life outside.
As a family we own just over an acre of land on which we are building our own home.
Last weekend I caught my first lobster, good news for me but not for him.
