A Weighty Issue

Well peeps I find that I have had to join a weight loss programme due to weight gain whilst being pregrant with scott 
I am going to tell you all about my trail and tribulation of dieting right here 
anyhoo I weigh in every tuesday so me's gonna tell you all about it, whether good or bad, hopefully I'll be shamed into losing the weight.
so my first weight in was this tuesday just gone and I found out I weighed a staggering 13st 12lb (I'm only 5ft) 
My goal to start with is 13st

I took him to see the paediatrian yesterday, and I think that everything is going to be o.k.
