Got H2O2?
Well, okay, right about now you're probably wondering if there's some C2H5OH happening around the place...
The title is inspired, in part, by my readings today of Armadillo Aerospace's latest misfortunes - they crashed their rocket... Makes for a spectacular video, especially the fuel tank flying off through the air.
But anyway.
H2O2 is Hydrogen Peroxide, for those of you who don't feel like looking it up.
Rocket Fuel.
Relevance?
Well, I guess I was a wannabe rocket scientist, at one point. Actually, I went to the effort of spending six years at uni, getting a Mechanical Engineering degree and then a Masters degree, with a significant lean toward rocket science. Okay, a full-body tilt...

So, what do I do for living?
Why, industrial and environmental noise control, of course, with a particular emphasis on noise from road and rail infrastructure, with the odd shopping centre and old folks' home thrown in.
Yeah, well, there was a job going when I needed one, alright? :-)
Place: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. And, yes, the climate really is as good as people claim... t-shirt and shorts weather during the day, and it's mid-bloody-winter.
A bit cool out, as I write this, but it was a beautiful clear sunny day, and clear still nights are always the coldest. But then, it's a relative thing - some of you might think 11C (52F for the metrically challenged) is fairly warm...
