Spent a memorable week in Tinabruich(sp?) a while back.The isle of arran seemed to float on the horizon of the ocean,and we were the only ones on the beach at Ardlamont .

went on the ferry from gourock to dunoon.Wonderful.

The isle of arran from ardlamont is spectacular.I have better photos than phil ,of it.

Remember ex (spare part) getting sozzled ,and lost ,and dog(4 months old) patiently sitting by him in somebody else's front garden ,till I found them both(big embarrassment).

Looks stunning up there. We go further North, to Ardnamurchan, the most Westerly point on the British Mainland. Very remote, very quiet, very beautiful.

7 days, 1 hour and 16 minutes until we leave.
