hello there. you go to their space as i got to you by clicking on their name ,and then look round their space for the "leave a message".it can vary as to where it appears dependent on the 'skin you are using i use Brunel and for me its in the top(ish )right hand corner Hope that helps The server is having a bit of a wobbly at the moment

Thanks for the info. I'll go back there and look again. Have already visited the space and it did say leave a message; but I couldn't find where to do so. Was just a little puzzled to say the least, that when I visited this space earlier (purely because it was someone on line who's name sounded intriguing)I found a link (think that's what it was) for my own conversations.

Hello scorpio witch.i gather from the answers on your original posting that you were succesfulas i say i use brunel and there is a column at the left which has yellow titles all are clickable links.

Both your messages/links are absolutely wonderful! I shall spend lots of time browsing and learning from them. Don't know about you; but I seem to be getting nearer to the divorce courts by the hour. The obvious answer .get your partner a terminal too ,and then you can have conversations all evening and have a virtual dinner party with all your h2g2 chums(i do like the way those bubbles go together.
