Im thinking of joining you on sunday.. I just cant afford to smoke anymore and god knows what im doing to my body.. Tried earlier this year and lasted 4 months, but then split up with my gf and fell down the slippery slope Been thinking about quitting again for a while, and this could be what I need.

I didnt mean that in a mean way himaru, you said I was brillaint after all. eheh

I won't shout at you it wont help. If youre anything like me you already know you shouldnt be doing it, any lectures you get about how bad for you go in one ear and out the other. Respect to you for trying before. Ive actually tried 3 times, using various methods!! stopping is not the difficult bit, staying stopped is

We should choose a time either at the start or end of the day. perhaps we should stop on saturday night, or make sunday the last day and stop at midnight/bedtime...
