Damnety damn
Did slip up. Had 3 last night after going out for a meal with boyf and 3 large glasses of wine. I think it was the wine that did it. Was fine in restaurant.
Still determined tho.

Yeah keep it up ice!! bloody alcohol, thats always the downfall, apperently your like 5 times more likely to give up fags if you give up booze at the same time. Cant see me giving up both though, id go

Well IT is enough to make most people mental... We have things in common then I'm a physics graduate who now works in IT. Ive got 2 kittens they might as well be kids the trouble they seem to get into.

40 odd hours since I last had a cig. started having some cravings this afternoon, being trying to get my head round some complicated stuff at work, and its not easy without nicotine

No way but going outside for a cig gave me an oppurtunity to think problems through, nearly always came up with solutions whilst having a cig. really struggling with this now...
