I like you're intro, my main thought though as that you've written it as a seperate article rather than on your space. As your space is what people will see when they click on your user name, it would be seen more if you put it there. Great , Guide ML is a simple form of XML, which is a simplified form of HTML. A lot of the tags are the same, such as all the basic formatting tags like (paragraph), (bold) and (well, font).

If you'd like to learn HTML as opposed to Guide ML, then there is a very good free and easy to follow website aimed at teaching beginners HTML. I used it to learn HTML myself, http://www.annabella.net/html.html
