Hello Magwitch, how are you? Did you have a good time at the Manchester Meet?
I don't know if you were aware that I was writing about the Museum of Science & Industry and hoping to get everyone who visited to let me know their thoughts. I was wondering whether you'd be able to let me know not only what you thought of the museum, but also what your family thought of the museum too?
Your help is requested at A87743596

Hi BB,

I'm not big on my knowledge of the place, but I did leave a comment on there. The one about the burning bodies - and you might want to change my quote to Power Hall - I was probably thinking about Dangermouse when I wrote that smiley - silly.

I'll give it more thought, mind, and see if I can come up with any more stuff. Hubby and son weren't really around for long, as hubby has problems standing and walking so I didn't really see that much this time.

It might be wrong of me, but that is my favourite quote so far - it's so unexpected and not the sort of thing I would ever have thought of. It's the sort of comment I had hoped that this article would attract - the more it is unlike what I would write, the better it gets.

Oh the stories hubby and his brother can tell about working on crematoria...smiley - yikes

I don't know if anyone took photos of the miniature display in the Power Hall, we didn't have a camera with us. Hubby was telling Keir that the firm he used to work for (Furness) used a few of them when he was working there . His brother (who still does contract work for them) confirmed that they're still using the old band saw. Tightwads.

I didn't get much of a chance to, alas. After the train ride I had a quick run round the Power Hall before having to run to catch the train, but the battery on my camera was dying at the time. I should have charged it the night before, but when I checked it claimed to be fully charged, only for it to drop to not much power left as soon as I started using it.

Hello, can I interview you in <./>ThePost</.> for Super Market, the newsletter about the Flea Market.

You have recently become involved with rescuing A87830030 Guitar Hero - the Console Games, based on A38690094 Guitar Hero

What made you decide to get involved in rescuing this?

Would you only rescue an article about a subject you know well?

Do you approach a Flea Market Rescue any differently to how you write an article from scratch - is it easier or more difficult?

How do you decide what to keep and what to edit, and how much of a right do you feel that you have in making decisions about the article?

Why did you rescue the articles you have, and would you recommend doing Flea Market rescues to other researchers?

How do you feel about being on the other side? Of having something you wrote adapted by someone else, re-written and rescued?

Oh, and how is 'Lazy Town' coming along?

I hope you'll answer these questions – if there's anything more you'd like to add, please let me know!
