Well, a mental picture at least... It's a triangular shaped kind of sign with a big [red?] exclamation mark in the middle and the word BADGERS at the bottom of it...
If I haven't dreamt it or/and there is no cover-up of some sort by a sinister Government agency, it should be found somewhere in the Highway Code methinks...
