All about me!
well hello out there, this is me here, I'm dottyfix, female, hard working (well most of the time anyway). married with two children, both grown up now, one living in the south and one still at home.
Work for the Local Authority (for too many years I care to remember)in children's services -job is hard and stressful mostly but also has its rewards. I love music, most types, I love reading (again all types)and I'm glad Fantasia won American Idol -she's excellent.
The last time I did some serious writing was when I was a teenager. I enjoyed writing poetry and actually suceeded in getting a poem published, in a magazine much to my astonishment. They actually paid me too!
Recently found this site and am now re-discovering the joys of writing again.
Well that's it for now - not a lot about me really, but maybe I will find my way back to add a little more; sort of installments if you like, and if you don't, well just leave me a message to say so.
