Hi Sean,
I saw your post on the R4 message board about saving the game. I'm wondering if there is any way to _delete_ saved games, as I seem to be getting quite a collection (most of which are useless now).
btw, I thought you might like to know we have started an A page for h2 researchers to discuss the game: A3072746 (under construction).
thanks,
kea.

Hi Kea -
I'm afraid there's no way for users to delete saved games as yet - but we'll certainly treat it as a feature request.
SAVE and RESTORE were part of the original game, but there was never a facility to delete - as the game ran on a home computer, users were presumably expected to quit the game and remove excess baggage from their floppy in the usual manner.
We're due to release a new version of the server very shortly, but it's bug-fixes only - no new features.
I'll keep you posted here on progress
Cheers,
Sean.

Thanks Sean
In the past I've only played online at douglasadams.com so the new save/restore feature is well appreciated .
In the meantime I'll have to be more careful about how many games I save
regards,
kea.
