Sparkle
Hello, I'm Sparkle. I am studying at Double Maths (a class full of really, really cool people), Physics and Design Technology (plus Music this year).
I am pretty average for a eighteen year old. I enjoy music (though I admit that the style of music I listen to is unusual for a teen in this day and age), I write stories, I play cricket...all along the lines of a usual teenager. I am also in love, again, pretty normal for a teenager. Now, going back to what I mentioned before, my favourite style of music is unusal for a teen, but i have a perfectly good reason, it rocks. This style of music I keep mentioning but stubbenly refuse to say what it actually is is brass and wind band music (I prefer the sound created by a brass band, but there are some excellent wind band pieces out there). I have been brought up on it and I don't plan to quit now. I play euphonium as a hobby, but I don't (as yet) belong to a band, the main reason for which is that isn't (quite discracefully) a band local to me. I also write and arrange for brass band, though none of my work has ever been performed. I write fantasy and Sci-Fi, many the former.
