A very quick thing to add would be a link to CAMRA.

I survive on Belhaven, Boddington's, Newcastle, Smithwicks and Murphy's and combinations of those on tap.

I may have mentioned before how the state alcoholic beverage commision practically outlawed McEwan's Export and Younger's Special Tartan because they didn't have a high enough alcohol content to be labeled as "ales" and how Harp's Lager, by the same rule is labeled in Texas as a "draught malt liquor".

Be very happy you're not in Texas especially, Roymondo.

Being a gay atheist ale drinker, too right I'm glad I'm not in Texas!smiley - biggrin

Mind you, your range of ale alternatives isn't too bad. Newcastle Brown isn't too bad.

Well that Krugel of Hubertus Brau when down very well. Light and refreshing. 7 out of 10. Ideal as a lunchtimer.
OK I know Continental Beers and Lagers are not strictly real ale in the sense that Timothy Taylor's Landlord is a real ale. But you're not going to disqualify me on a technicality I hope!
