Riiiiight... because chucking things at someone is such a grown-up thing to do and is *really* going to make them listen.
I find it quite amusing that I've yet to hear any stories about anti-fur campaigners (or indeed any other anti-something campaigners) sitting down with the people they want to change and actually having an adult conversation.

It's always been the case that many people who have a legitimate point to make totally ruin everything by resorting to histrionics and childishness - thereby hurting the cause rather than helping it.
