Er...look. Er. I just thought...Well, thing is, I've been playing the piano in the bar for a couple of nights now, you know, just for tips and wotnot, but, er, well, I thought maybe we could come to some arrangement. Some more permanent arrangement, if you see what I mean. See, fact is, tips haven't been that good and...well, if you could just see your way clear to taking me on, full time so to speak. And some sort of accommodation perhaps? Just somewhere to park me banjo?

Well, it's your choice, i can give you a portable radiator ar you could take a room. We've got loads of rooms to spare, take your pick and if you wantthe radiator, its in my cupboardy room...
