Nah - I'd rather not talk about it at all thanks.

'Tis always your choice, what to talk of, or not. Except certain vital things that are NOT allowed to be kept privy ...
As a proud, darkly gleeming Knight, ... You must now have a quest. In fact, with your grace and good looks, it must be a capital "Q"uest !!! So I must ask, ... What is it?
Is it to find the ultimate shrubbery? ( been chased, and all that)
To conquer the scourge of unreasonable prices of proper bottled water?
Or ... ...
To seek and find the ultimate microwaveable ???

Act II or TNT.
Those are the best ones ever.

Do you get those brands by you?

I haven't looked for the stuff for many years, but I have seen "Act II". Several versions of Orville Redenbacker seem to be the main choices in our stores. Plain, buttered, extra buttered, with cheese ...

I don't buy the stuff anymore. I'd occassionally buy a box of 4-pacquets, use one, and forget the rest. And in as little as a month or so, they get too stale and do nothing but burn.
What kinda fun, mischief and games are you finding today, my friend?

Any guesses before you're physically mended enough to start doing anything physical? I suppose some meds may be keeping you drowsy, but being totally idle can do that to a body too.

I could mention that I am still amazed at how many pretty clothes there are for little girls. And yet, as much as I love our new grand-daughter ... I still dislike the shopping involved.

Hah - try being surrounded by as many sisters as me!
Staying "on top" of things ...
Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Feb 13, 2007
But you didn't have to shop for them, try to spoil them as every grandparent is duty-bound to do, right?
And no, two sisters were plenty enough. An older one who's friends loved to torment little brothers, and the youngest who was last-born. Hence incapable of doing any wrong.

No, worse than shopping for them - I had to go shopping WITH them!
And that involved being forced to give opinions on every item of clothing tried on, etc, etc...

True, that was something I never needed to worry about. The only times I was taken out with the family was for Sunday church service. Though I did hear that they had some lovely times doing other things. The kid-sister was very good at letting me know what I had missed ...

Why didn't you go out with them?

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Feb 13, 2007
Quite simple, really. Because it wasn't allowed, by decree of the matriarch. When it came to matters of the house or the children, NO-ONE out-ranked her. Her word was law, reguardless of how arbitrary of child-specifc.
