Uh... the Prime Minister, John Howard, has called an election for the 9th of October this year, so hopefully we will get a new PM. I personally think Howard's an a**hole.
I don't think Australia has any big news apart from that. I mean, there are the ongoing issues like asylum seekers and all that, so if you want to know about any of those, I could tell you something.
What's this for, by the way?

Hmmm, wasn't exactly what I thought he would have reacted like. If someone had told me that a person I'd never met living halfway across the world knew all about me, I would jump up and down at them and yell "How much did you tell?! How much do they know?! You're insane, you know that!!"
But still, tell him I say hi, and tell him not to classify all Aussies as cool, because there are a great number of Aussies that are real jerks. Not that I'm one of them... but tell him to be on his guard.

i dont think she will, i huged him today too... he was droping me off at my house and he got out so i could get out *he only has 2 doors* and he said, HUGS FOR EVERYONE! and i said *AWW!!* and hugged him... then we went apart and i said... that was creepy! he said.. ya, it was! then i did my traditional wave goodbye to him (i flip him off..) and now im typing this and im sitting on my foot and its going numb! FUN FUN!
