..the other day in frustration at the G-force......
I asked in exasperation..
"don't you know ANY survival skills"?
he said "sure I do"...
"well, what then"? I said, hands on hips...
"I know a head shot kills a zombie" he states.

Yup....me...
Typing is fun when inebriated...hooray...
I did a night shift last night...and now I am tired but can't crash just yet...
..need to ramble...
...umm....
...I don't seem to ramble much any more on here....
...ok....
...yeah....
Nope I gone hit a blogging wall, as well as an artists block? Do artists get a block? I know writers do...is it the same...?
I started to read an annotation of Grimms brothers the other day, oddly thought provoking stuff...I enjoyed fairy tales as a kid and the brutalness of them...so anyway I had no idea that the Brit Govt considered banning them during the war...and I never even thought something I read as "pricking a finger" could have been the start of menses or something more sexual.
As a kid, and still do I suppose, I tend to read the lines and not inbetween too much unless I'm slapped in the face with it.
Mothers Day was nice, I finished this morning at 7am came home did some menial chores, crashed and couldn't get up for G's hockey game (they won 5-1 of course because I didn't go) then we went to a local mexican hacienda, where I was dined at planet food and margaritas...yays!

1. Gotta a brand spanking new car...
2. Discovered some scratches on it yesterday and had a tantrum...over it now tho...
3. G is doing well in violin and his music teacher seems to be quite excited, but he is back sliding a bit in behavoir at times..
suppose we can't have it all...
4. My ankle seems to be much better, gyn stuff is still an issue unfortunately...ah well 
chin up n' all
5. G had a sleepover the other week, note to self..*make sure I'm well rested next time*..they stay up LATE..and then get up at the CRACK OF DAWN!! arghh... Geo went over to his friends house...came back after they were asleep...wise man...
6. They broke ground for the new hospital this week, it's going to have 7 floors - state of the art stuff...was thinking about doing a catalogue of photos...sorta a Noah type thing off youtube...I drive past it every day in my new car..did I mention I have a new car?
7. Immigration still sucks, went to the Bronx earlier this week to get 10 year green card, G's is next Wednesday..they could not give us appointments on the same day..even tho we applied on the same forms. 
8. I bit my tongue and the bobbly bit feels huge but is in fact disappointingly small each time I check it out in the mirror *puzzled*
9. My car is blue and a honda.
10. Kahlua, vanilla vodka and milk rocks...

Surgery

It was on the 14th Feb, it went ok -- the doc took the left ovary out and drained the right and did a bit of housework on the other bits.
Feeling very sick and sore.
