need an answer regarding the xmas pressie thing pretty sharpish. worried about mum, guess whats coming to tescos on the third of december, how do i discorage her from buying it without letting on.???

What xmas present thingy? Or rather, which in particular? There are too many questions to be answered at this time of year.
As for that certain thing, mention to Mum if necessary that she might find it being sold more cheaply after Christmas... unlikely I know, but it's the best thing I can think of right about now.
