I think you should set up a page where we can link researchers from the same Universities. See h2g2 Post Announcements.
Then get researchers to set up there own h2g2 Alumni page and give you the link at central command. This may expand as certain coutries get too many Uni's on the main page but at least get it up and running then the researchers with each Uni page are responsible for updating it. 
BTW I'll do Kingston University no probs.
