Not a peep from the Woking crowd since you "emigrated" north.
How are you all. Do please ask my very dear Zantic if she has given me up i despair. I do hope not. I have just had a lot of other things on my mind. But I seem to have completely lost her.
May I wish all of you every such a happy New Year and lots of good things in 2004. I am going to se if I can see you on TV at midnight in Edinburgh!1.

Good morning and a very Happy New Year to you. 
I can't speak for the others but I am certainly very busy with work since I moved, which has stopped me getting on to H2G2 so often. Still, I try to sneak in when I can. We were in Glasgow, in someone's flat, for New Year which, considering how much got cancelled by the weather last night, seems like a wise move. Did you get up to anything exciting for Christmas and/or New Year?

Hello AR1 - I can assure you that Zantic has not forgotten about you (nor has anyone else for that matter), and I'm sure she'll be along any time to say hi. Like all of us she's had a hectic festive season with parties and things at home in Dundee and down here in Glasgow.
I think she's flaked out on a sofa somewhere right now....

Well, as or right now, I'm at work listening to Pink Floyd and wisheing I was at home making something nice to eat. Ah well...
AR1, my dearest I have not deserted you, it is you have deserted me. i cannot find you. No-one has added to any of your conversations or your page. You don't appear to have been near you hoimpage in quite a hile. I was worried! Did you get lost in the re-shuffle?

Absolutely right my love - I was lost for nearly two weeks. then dear Gnoman took the matter in hand and "found" my page and re-instated me in my old name of Also Ran1. The powers that be wanted me to have a new name, a new page etc. etc.
That is why I have my name on my list of friends, because that is how I can get to my "old" page!! He is veree clevaire Meester Gnoman!.

I do hope that you have recovered from your riotous celebration of Hogamany!1. I hope the spelling is correct!.
I Have written to pscycho and promised to send you the necessary pix. I shall start clearing the mess onb my desk tomorrow.

I have just written to you and there is no sign of it.
I am tired so maybe am doing funny things again.
