I have loose joints, my knees, elbows, wrists, neck, shoulders, fingers, toes, chest, and sometimes hips all click if i'm still for too long

That can be very painful too!

I'm going to get arthritis, but until that point, I won't worry about it. Nothing I can do anyway

Fish Oil capsules are supposed to be good for the joints

Apparantly a study has shown that if you eat nothing but seafood for a month, and take fish oil capsules, your IQ increases. But that much sea food, your health would decrease

I didn't know that.. but then again, I only like fish occasionally

yeah. There is no way i could stand that much seafood eh

We shall both have to improve our IQ's by studying!
