how's your weekend going, feet up relaxing or jobs to do ?

relaxing. Just came back from church. It was a pretty good service. Plus the biscuits today for the end of service snack were delish; ginger bread biscuits, shortbread, and chocolate peanut. And they actually managed to have drinkable today too.

hmm. The indian club made me join and now they want me to go to Holi next saturday. That's the festival of colour; apparantly if I go I'll get a free packet of colour to throw at people heheh.

but without being insulting, I'm an atheist, but I respect everyone for their own none violent beliefs

I'm not insulted. I'm christian, but Holi is Hindu. I'm amazingly open minded lol. Its how people behave, not what they believe, that makes me like them or not

I wish more people could be like you on religion mate, they all have blinkers on and can't see the world in full

I know. It really annoys me. Plus when people try to force me into their belief system. They are so condescending when I say I'm happy with the way I believe. >.> When I was 15, I visited my grandparents, and their friends tried to get me to become new-age by using their daughter who had a crush on me. And who was 11 I couldn't tell her to go away because you can't really when they're at that stage. But man it was annoying! Cute kid, but seriously wrong what her parents were doing. Plus I would NEVER join a church where that kind of thing is ok!

if you read a bit about meI have a curved spine(the sort that rings a bell, as the joke goes) all I do, when someone tries to spout religion at me, is say " the last bloke that impersonated me, they nailed on a cross, they didn't have the wood to fit me"
