I got me outfit over a month ago... .. Then decided I didn't like all of it
So, I got another one
Now, I like bits of both and might even mix and match on the day
Hubby is a very patient man, but even he is looking at me in a very strange way.. sort of like "do I have to be here?" sort of way
AAAAannnnywaaayyyy! I got me shoes and yesterday
Now my problem is.... Do I REALLY need an 'at?
I'm not a Hat sort of person.. they tend to just balance there!
*giggles*
Knowing lil ol' me, I am likely to forget about it until the service begins! At which point someone will have already found it and sat on it! Knowing my sense of humour, I will probably begin to belly , setting others off ..and poor VV will be ing in the aisle as no-one will be taking things seriously
Would I be safe with an 'at?

Hats are essential!
I hats! Unfortunately my daily living doesn´t permit me to wear hats that very often, but I do have a few of them here and there. From a real cowboy hat to more fancy ladylike ones...
Get one!

Hi 'lil, a wedding is a great excuse to buy/wear a hat, especially if you love them like i do But if you don't feel comfortable wearing one, no point, you'll be fiddling with it all day
The Outfit..
Of course hats are essential! Just remember what Nanny Ogg said concerning etiquette in the bedroom...

VC says she has one, she's going to bring it through so I can see what it looks like..
Mind you, there are two Hat Stalls in our recently opened, brand new, Market!.. I could go and have a look in there
There is an advantage to it being a Sunday wedding, I could buy another outfit on Saturday!!

Only men take their hats off in church. Women are allowed to wear them.

ah, ok... here only old women wear hats anymore... and people who don't want to get a sunburn while working in the garden. Hardly and men wear hats either.

I can remember VV's Grandma and her sister sitting at the table in the bay window.. sipping and they were both wearing hats..
Even though one of them was at home

The Queen used to wear a hat all the time in Buckingham Palace. I think it has only changed in fairly recent years.. Where is Galaxy Babe when we need her expertise?
