I left a reply there, explaining that restaurant reviews are not really my "forte". I don't know about England, but in the past they caused some serious conflicts in the Irish media, as businesses got hot under the collar about what was written.

I'll continue to focus on photography and graphics, as this is an area which seems to be less emotive.

Also, just in passing, I remember an invitation to write about the glass
animals and flowers in the Dublin "Dead Zoo" as our Natural History Museum is called. A staircase collapsed in that building and I don't know if it has re-opened to the public yet.

Life is full of drama.

I watched that video about the potato mash, though (don't recall its name), which I enjoyed.
