A Tale Of Two Kitties

Hello. I have come here because a shortage of water on my planet has caused numerous problems, mainly those relating to thirst. Whilst attempting to negotiate the transportage of seventeen thousand tanks containing two thousand gallons of water each, my translater ( a young idealistic, happy-go-lucky man who was a bit different to all of the other men in the camp because he insisted on walking rather than riding a camel) decided that he would only help me if I would give shelter two his two kitties, whom he had called Sherbet and Dip. I gave them shelter and having fulfilled my part of the deal, waited patiently for him to fulfill his.
Twenty years past.
Then, another twenty.
Luckily, neither of us had moved from the spot in that time so locating him was just a matter of opening my eyes and staring forwards. I asked him, in my drawling yet proud West Country accent, "Wot 'ere be thinks 'ee be doin'". He answerd, in his cultered Nomadic gutteral tones, "I be a thinkin' I be."
So I allowed him to think and I moved, ever so slightly, to the right, and then I moved back and said, "I'm off then."
And to this day, that young, idealistic, happy-go-lucky man is standing there, thinking.
Thinking about life, the universe and everything.
