Hi there
ah yes, now that i think about it i do vaguely remember the ACEs from my previous incarnation on here...
well, i would appreciate your expert guidance on where to find some active conversations and meet some cool people - there's just so much on here that it's hard to 'break into' if you see what i mean, when you dont know your way around.
i have pretty broad interests, and am always up for talking with people who have totally different interests, but i guess for a start, things like this might be good:
-international life, expats, moving and living abroad, travel, learning languages
-environmentalism, running the gamut from academic to ferocious tree-hugging
-yoga, vegetarianism, and related hippy-ness
-knitting, crochet, any 'useful' craft-y things
-anything to do with russia
-anything to do with bollywood cos i want to learn about it
-changing careers and early-onset midlife crises

um, yeah. so if you can think of any place where i might find interesting people to talk to on any one of those (or indeed, any other cool) topic, your pointers would be much appreciated!
