I have done a bit of digging around on CL-F and found that the orange cover over text can be used by everyone the code is [@ text @], it supossed to be used for spoilers

finally finished and put in hubbys application for the council........21 pages , I was having trouble repeating my self in different ways, what with application, selection criteria and cover letter , I am glad it is over, I have kept copies, so if I have to do it again, I should just be able to clone most of the info.......

one good thing, I use foxit as a pdf reader, and you can type on any forms, cant save them, but can print them out, so his application is really neatly printed, which is just as well, cos his handwritting is rather bad

oh and getting my hair cut, I have been growing it for about 9 months, but I really don't like it, so today it is coming off

I've solved my Christmas shopping problems by deciding not to do any at all. I'll surprise the family sometime in the new year. The way things have been here lately, my mind just isn't on it.

As for flu treatments - sorry, I don't think there are any. can be useful, though.

The liver's stopped sulking, which is good. The problem is actually that I'm on a bit of a downswing - a couple of days off w*rk might help me get some perspective back. Staying off the grog might help that too. I'm planning to stay dry for a month - at this time of year it won't be easy.
