I think I'll keep on doing it until TPTB tell me to stop.

Pi & Me

Got involved in an interesting forum after the Pi entry was posted on the front page, and I got a cool link from U26199:
http://gryphon.ccs.brandeis.edu/~grath/attractions/gpi/

It turns out that my birth date is contained in the first 10 million digits of Pi 9 times, the first time starts at digit 77,492 and the last time starts at digit 9,159,020.

Pretty cool! smiley - smiley

Today is an odd day.
No really, all the digits in today's date are odd: 11/19/1999.
We won't see another odd day until 1/1/3111
Enjoy it as it is your last decent excuse to be odd for more than 1,111 years,
The next even day will be 2/2/2000, which will be the first since 8/28/888.

The whole idea

Because contributing to the discussion can make pages better. Besides, if you only wanted to read, you're wasting your time with an interactive medium. H2G2 allows you to talk back. Do it! smiley - smiley
