Ur the 1st person not from Britain i've spoken to on here.....
I know it's a really stupid thing to ask, but i always wondered do u get Eastenders (Brittish tv soap) over there? If not what Brit programmes do u get?? stupid i know, but i've never been away from britain. Scared of hights, so i cant fly & i can't stand wide open spaces so sailing are out of the question to. lmao..... One day i will get on a plane tho.....??

Yeah that is Angie! No, I don't think we get Eastenders...I know we get Coronation Street & Mr. Bean. Also get a number of programs on PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) on cable from Seattle, in the north western U.S - which is...reasonably close. I used to watch Red Dwarf, the various Blackadders, occasionally Dr. Who, or an old Avengers episode on PBS.

I cant believe u get corrie but no eastenders......!! Eastenders is way better than cornation street, Eastenders always wins the award for best british soap at the brittish tv awards. If u ever come to britain, u have to see it......Red dwarf is cool, use to watch it all the time, but it's all repeats now. Howz u 2day??

Hey hun, howz u? I had my Mum over yesterday, it was her birthday. I got loadz of munchies, a chinese takeaway
& we watched movies. We both enjoyed ourselves. My Mum & I haven't really been able to spend Quality time with each other l8ly so it was really nice
to be able to make her birthday a nice relaxing one.

That's really great hun, nice to spend time with your Mom! Not really been up to too much...was just out to see/hear a really great guitarist doing a solo show (so no band at all) at a club I usually volunteer - in the kitchen - at. http://www.yardbirdsuite.com . Thay'll have a 4 piece band tomorrow & I'll be doin' the kitchen duties, which means I get free food - nothin' fancy, but it's free - & non-alcoholic bevvies...then 1/2 price Guinness or whatever later!

Thats wot my boyfriend does, He does kitchen duties at a place called Biblos, he gets free food & drink to. He also gets half price bevvies n stuff. His best m8 is one of the chefs there, when he's on i get free food 2....lmao... Everything tastes better when it's free. Hope ur well & we'll chat soon

My boyfriend has family in Canada nr Toronto(excuse my spelling if it's wrong) I have an aunty i've never met in Canada to. Sorry i'm probably boring u I just think it's cool being able to talk to u In Canada When i'm sitting in my chair in Edinburgh.
