hi Member,
Just wondering how you ended up on Della's friends list! Apparently blicky was also there (as well as on the friends lists of the rest of Della's clan) but has been removed from all but Empty sky's. But you are still on Della's list. Meanwhile, she has gone on the warpath and, assuming this was blicky's doing, sent in a formal complaint as well as sending him a death threat on his personal page (which I think has been removed). How bizarre!

Psychocandy told you that she had been raped and left for dead and then angrily and emotionally said that you would probably think she had been 'asking for it'. Your response to her was a cold and heartless:
<>
And then:
<> (you)
<> (psychocandy)
<> (you to pc)
<> (you to pc)
Later when people objected your response was:
<>
I read everything you wrote and you *were* totally out of line and viciously cruel to someone who had just told you she had been raped and left for dead. I have never seen you stoop to anything like that before. And rather than admit that you had made a mistake and apoligise you came up with the above response which, quite frankly, sounds like something DTD would say, not you.

Nope. Found it "disappeared". So I've removed everything from it. (I used it to 'store' a posting I made in response to Saturnine in case the posting got moderated away. It didn't, so it's hard to see why my personal space - which had the ACCEPTABLE posting text stored invisibly, above the body text, visible only to someone who did "testuserpage" - was moderated away. The only other thing I can think of is some jobsworth thought I was "impersonating" the text of a page which hasn't had anything added to it. Which I was, of course, but only because I can't think of anything to put on my personal space.
So I've taken EVERYTHING off and just put "This is my personal space. That is all."
And it's STILL hidden.
Weird.

Yes, that is weird.
I have to say that I am not too happy about what this has done to my friends list! But I shall refrain from making an official complaint about it.
Back with a vengeance, eh?

Funny thing is, my NAME now keeps getting moderated. Can't imagine why - nobody else is using it.

Well, Della/Annie did tell Dave that he could use the name Della if he wanted to but *not* 'cat woman', so that was no doubt the problem earlier. Don't see any problem now, do you?

So now your name is gone again but your personal space is back. This is qutie dizzy-making.
Don't see the problem myself. Della gave up that name so why can't anyone else use it?

"Della gave up that name so why can't anyone else use it?"
Good question.
So far I have been called "Della the Catwoman", "Della the Fat Woman", "Della the Dog Woman", and am now, for the record, "Della the Hat Woman".
I am, to say the least, a bit miffed that that lying hypocritical violent woman can be allowed to use a name for three years, but I can't use EXACTLY THE SAME name when the worst I've done is slightly annoy her.
Double standard-tastic, eh?

azahar Posted May 13, 2004
I guess I missed your brief 'Della that Dog Woman' stage, though someone recently suggested 'Della the Pit Bull Terrier' as they never let go. But now that I think about it, not sure if they were referring to you or Della.
How about Della the Cant Woman? (oooh, I think I like that one!)
Yes, I can't help but notice a double standardy thing going on.
Did you see that Apparition has Elvis-ed?

ps
I meant from his most recent attempt at pretending he was someone else. Anyhow, all that work for nothing. Like when he set up blicky's fake page. That guy certainly spends a lot of time on his imaginary war.

Della the Cant Woman it is! (but for how long? )
I like that one. Wonder how long I'll be allowed to keep it?

azahar Posted May 13, 2004
Did you even try it? If so, that was very short-lived (shame!!!)
Don't suppose Della the C*nt Woman would . . . no, probably not . . .

Is Cent even a word?
Yes, I did try it, so it seems like it lasted less than ten minutes. Which seems to imply that h2g2 have someone specifically employed to watch my account and reset the name every time I try to change it. You'd think they had better things to do, what with other people going around making death threats, but hey, if I'm to be a special case for special treatment, I'll take two bags of the special stuff. (sorry, british comedy reference, ignore me).
It does seem rather unfair that I'm not allowed to call myself what I want, it's not like I'm in any way impersonating her or anything. Heaven forbid - I wouldn't want ANYONE to think I was actually her.

Researcher 524695 Posted May 13, 2004
DoH! Of course Cent is a word. You just need to pronounce it with a soft C, and a hundred make a dollar. How stupid am I?
Come on moderators, I'm obviously SO thick I deserve to be called Della!

azahar Posted May 13, 2004
Dang! I thought Della the Cant Woman was quite inspired, if I say so myself. The Can't Woman? You might want to lay low for awhile with an 'accepted' name and try again later after you are somewhat out of the limelight, so to speak.
Meanwhile, don't suppose you want to be in my new h2g2 photo album! No, thought not . . .

Well, this is annoying. Not just that you seem to be on pre-mod now but that it is taking ages for your posting to come through.
