Sorry! Australian's don't generally drink Foster's because we have better beer! Cooper Sparkling Ale is the best beer I have ever come across!

Adelaide is the home of Coopers and is also the old home of Duff....... Until Fox sued the WestEnd Brewery!!!

If you raise enough money you can buy a can from me!
Apparently one can of Duff can sell for as much as $600!

Ah! So you have tried drinking Duff!
The sadest thing is when it was released a friend and I drank a whole carton (2 doz)!
Which would be worth alot of money now!!!
The beer itself is actually West End Draught, as far as I know!
Great work!

Sensational effort on the AR page, Dan.
You've got a lot more Australian researchers to find, though! Garibaldi (currently "on leave" from h2g2 I think) and Natski (a WAer) are two examples I can think of without having to bend my brain too much. There are several others around on an infrequent basis, too. I'd try searching the 'Guide using something like "g'day" or "Ozzie" or "Aussie" to see how many more you can pick up - otherwise you'll be relying on the powers-that-be to notice you to attract hits, unless you have some other way of grabbing their attention on something like this!

Perth. That's Perth, Western Australia; not Perth, Tasmania. Or, for that matter, Perth, Scotland.

Great work!

Cheers I try my best, most of the time....
I think I will let the list of Aussie researchers grow by word of mouth. Much more fun, and alot easier!

Sorry ICU2 I did put you up but I seem to have accidentally taken you down again.... whoops.
I'll pop you back on the Aussie page right now!!!
Isn't sydney getting known more for hail storms and rain than being nice and sunny?

Thanks Danielt !
I must admit I have not been to the page in question yet but I'm on my way right now.
We have just moved into a new building at work and things have been a little stressssed...
Connecting staff PCs was not a top priority.
Rain and hail ? What rain and hail ? The sun is shining the birds are singing and the storms won't hit till the weekend

Hi all,
Must admit to being from the land down under as well!
Thanks Daniel its been great having you as a reference point on my maiden voyage through this amazing site.
I've usually got H2G2 open during the day at work & pop in for a peek when I can.
I must say I find the lack of Hitch Hickers references a bit confusing but have come across alot of like minded folk.
See ya!
