It's not my fault that Paramount Comedy puts all the bad sit-coms on at night so that people with insomnia are forced to sit through them.

Both require the mind to think, and that's the reason I can't get to sleep in the first place. I hoped that watching TV would turn my mind off.

I know that now, I didn't get to sleep until 5:30, and I had to get up at 8:00.
