It's from the Simpsons. Moe is taking part in a bartending competition, and Homer, Lenny and Carl, who are in the audience, lift up their shirts to spell out 'MOE'. But Lenny accidentally painted an 'O' on his stomache so they spelled out 'MOO', which led to Homer saying the above line, and Carl responded with "You see what happens when you miss rehersals?"

Haven't seen that one.

Well that was the high point of the episode, so now you don't need to see it.

Nice.

And later once Moe wins the compitition, Lenny shouts out "That's my Moo!"
