if your subscriptions are up to date, it should auto update ok Kat, check on the update part and try it manually

Kat, remove that program entirely from your computer. Then go to this link and download the free version, it is an excellent program and will keep up to date. I have used it in the past and it does a great job...http://free.grisoft.com/

Yes I have checked the update button and now I have found that the spam and the other security features are not working.

The thing is I have had better service from free downloads than I have from this bought one.
