Darrell ... what's the problem with the pc?? Is it something you can get fixed or is it *gulp* time for a new one

Oh it's something that can be easily fixed - if you know considerably more about computers than I do! And while I know a few people that could get the job done, Actually getting it done seems to be like pulling teeth with a pair of tweezers!
