Obviously the TV licence man doesn't get out much. One beer and he's out cold!

Lisa - the spiked beer doesn't seem to effect everyone.
Should we leave the licence man lying in the doorway where people keep stepping over him and dropping crisps and spilling beer, or should we place him somewhere more suitable?
