Brother Mouse would like to make it clear that he did not post the last message. OK, talking to yourself is a sign of madness. insulting yourself is a sign of lack of self esteem. while i have very little to be esteemed of, i'm not that bad.

And what is meditation? If talking to yourself is a sign of madness then surly those of us who do partake in meditative activities are mad. Or are you being idiosyncratic for a reason?

thanks, it's nice to have someone to talk to that isn't me. by the way, i thought idiosycracy was a personality quirk? or maybe not... anyway, what the hell are you talking about? do you talk to yourself when you meditate? perhaps you can spread all this out so my tired old brain can understand all this
