Well, I get tired after I run... But that is good tired, I can't explain it, it just is. It feels good after I run (only after though, not during 
). And it only feels good after when my knees don't hurt. 
How 'bout you get to sleep early then?--what was it when you posted, about 6 o'clock? *soothing voice* You are getting sleepy... You want to sleep... It's 9 pm and you need at least 10 hours for tomorrow... You want to sleep...

You're weird. 
Running makes me bad-tired.
Early? what do you mean, by early? I went to sleep at 12.30am last night and slept til 10. Mmmmmmm long sleep, That was nice.
I think the best thing to do is to let me sleep into the late morning. Early rising makes me feel bad.
