I reckon it's balancing a glass of clear lemonade on it's nose while singing nursery rhymes that are far too low-pitched for us to hear and doing something very interesting underwater with it's tail.
But I could be wrong.

Maybe it's signing Morse Code for 'look how stupid humans are in comparison to us dolphins, they can't even tell what I'm doing and really it's quite obvious!'
