I'm hardly typical Irish in the sense that girls with English accents REALLY turn me on! All my friends hate it...but hey! No, I like brits and all that...was in the Leeds festival there recently. It was great!!! SO much fun...and bands and muzak and stuff...
ANyway, yeah, it seems as if this place is flooded with Americans and Aussies. Nice ones (thank Jesus) but still people that I am NEVER going to be able to go for a drink with if I so wanted. Well, I suppose that you're out of it too, being in a different country and all that.
So, how do I finish up this posting then? Hmmmmm...

doh. its really annoying when things refuse to work for no apparent reason. and to Nightfever: you say you went to Leeds? was it as good as Reading?
I woz 'ere...
Nightfever Posted Sep 14, 1999
Cafram got it working!!
Bod: Ummm...Leeds festival WAS the Reading festival one day later. So it was probably about the same with regard to the bands there. I really enjoyed the Vans Warped tour on the last day! Less than Jake and the others playing!! It was great.
Did you go to Reading then? Was it as good as Leeds??

any festival with cases of stella for £25 and bands as good as silverchair and the offspring has to be worth it. next year if the lineup on day 3 is half as good as this year i might just get a day pass for leeds day 3 and instead of going home to boring aberdeenshire, have another day of moshing my ass off.

just a thought: how excatly did Cafram end up on the roof? is this some kind of obscure pun that i have completely misunderstood or is there a sane reason for it? oh yeah, and i paid a visit to your survey thing as a) i was bored and b) i know just how it feels to have a half done project with the deadline looming so i thought i might be able to help out. good luck!

we-eell... It's my comunications project that we've had about 3 (or 4?) months - the idea is to communicate something. that's it. So, i started mine 2 weeks ago (yes, I'm VERY well organised) and I'm making it up as I go!!

best way to do things like that. i had a geography investigation about 2 years ago and the night before it was due in i decided to make "finishing touches", realised it was actually nowhere near finished and ended up working until about 2.00 am on the damn thing.
what time is it over there now, just out of interest?

It is now 21:42 (according to my computer).
Last night I was up until 4:30 doing it, and I can see this being an all-nighter tonight!
What time is it where you are?

After staying up all night I can safely say that it is finished, and I am now on holidays (YIPPEEEEEEE!) so I plan to sleep for the next week. I ended up just talking crap for about 3 pages in my report...I have become proficient in the art of rhetoric AND procastination!

What are you going to do in the holidays? Anything special? Other than stay in bed late etc !

I'm probably going to the show (Melbourne) and building sets for the play we're doing...nothing much else. I probably *should* do homework, but I honestly can't be stuffed.

If ya go to the show - I suggest you seek out the lady selling fudge in the rural pavillion - you will not find better
