I just sent one to soupy as I'm not sure where exactly she lives but the floods yesterday were chronic

I'm in Cardiff.
Yesterday's news reported horrendous floods in Belfast and it really did look awful. I'm not sure where soupy is out there.
How do I know your name apart from here?
