I always thought that it was "Hakuna matata".. With the extra 'H' at the beginning..
Just got feedabck on a job application where they said I can't apply until I have some "Management qualification" even if that's what I told them was the reason I didn't apply for the job in the first place, but they then told me to apply for it anyways.

It might be that that missing H is a vital difference between the words for "Washing machine" and the phrase meaning "There are no concerns here." (which is apparently the literal meaning of Hakuna Matata according to Wikipedia:
