Ah you don't understand females at all, do ya!
There's various hairs to be eliminated,
outfits to be tried, and once that's been decided then I have to find the perfect bra/ handbag/ shoes/jewellry to go with it. And various different weather scenarios to be planned for.
Oh, and throw a few encouraging words to my kids to pack too. Had a minor heart attack today when I couldnt find my daughter's passport - she's just back from a school skiing trip so it was still at school....

For me, getting ready for the weekend means remembering to stop at Tesco's on the way home from work on Friday to buy beer.

I couldn't take the film seriously because certain people I was watching it with kept saying things like "Nice day for It" or "There's a lot of It about."

It does tend to infect everything tho, dont it? (to continue analogies...)
I mean, it's absolutely fantastic to have an invitation to do somehting marvellous this year.....but I feel the same about Christmas - I hate "society" dicatating that I have to do certain things, behave in a certain way, on a certan day.
