This kind of thing always happens to me (said the victim...) 
Lastminute.com have messed up my order. The WAP phone they sent was one sold for 10 pounds LESS than I had payed, instead of one that was 10 pounds more. I'm not mad keen on it either. Still they are ringing me back tommorow to sort it out. My faith in internet shopping is shaken.

a quick note

Any posts that start with "WAP" from tuesday will be made from my phone (if it works.. ) this will stop me having to write in super fluent English on my number-pad-style-text-entering-thing (ooh subbies wouldn't that).
Hmm... would be cool if the guide added "This guy is using a mobile phone so he's reduced what he's saying to save his fingers from falling off" to any WAP entered text...

today I got nervous about my WAP phone not accessing the guide (we'll see on Tuesday) and changed my intro
"no you didn't", you might say. "yes I did", I might reply.
Well there aren't any posts for me to answer so I'm going to drink some tea and go to work...

Spent a while rushing around posting to new guide members. I fear they may all ask for my help thinking I've been here ages....not realising I've had a 50 (or so)week holiday after injury from a falling cow...

hmmm. The new update.... Which skin to use? on the one hand cosmic goo is what I know. I mean when I was just a newbie to the guide the goo helped me feel warm and safe. But the lay out was (is) a bit clumsy. The new skin, well it is easy to navigate and loads nice and fast... and that's about the most you can say about it. There's just no soul to it.
So I have to decide between functionality and form. Which is a bit like the teaching course I'm doing... which reminds me I must finish that essay...
PS thankyou onetel for giving me 1 pence a minute 24/7 and taking away the guilt of using the net in the daytime hours 
Oh and thanks for all the posts helping me decide to buy a WAP phone.... hang on a minute where did they all go???!! Expect many short uninteligable posts soon...
