And many's a tree that can offer that. Or a simple and common friend. smiley - laugh

Mails aren't always consistent, so I thought I'd open a simple line here. Always with smiley - coffee, smiley - tea and simple munchies to offer. And three chairs, ... A more or less human-sized one, and a pair that are much more substantial. smiley - winkeye

smiley - laugh There's absolutely nothing like a good back scratch, preferably slowly changing into a strong massage, with some oil so as not to get too much friction smiley - laugh

Even Dinosaurs know that smiley - laugh

Ah well, you see, I know of a transmuting oak who is great for giving scratches and scritches. But absolutely lousy with the massage thingie. I've a very precise and delicate touch with things teeny or sensitive, as much due to my work as anything. But no method, rhythm or judgment with muscle and tendon groups.

Besides, from your piccy, I'd have to guess it might take somewhat stronger saurian digits to work and manipulate your hide to any useful degree. 'Tis a good thing you know of such a candidate, eh? smiley - winkeye

This may well be true. You people have been so good at letting the media believe that you all faded off the map millenia ago. Clever. It keeps you off of the tax-man's role. smiley - laugh

Did you manage to inflict mortal damage to the credit lines yesterday? And what'd ya get me? smiley - boingsmiley - boing

Pleased to oblige. smiley - biggrin *works thumbs a little further up the neck ...*

Does the tribe have any plans for the week-end? It seems the Rain God is going to give us a break for Saturday, and so I've a zillion things to do. Autumn beginning, lawns that need mowing, some wood siding needing patch-paint (a poor job 6 years ago, now occassionally blisters), two flower-beds getting some embedded stone-work edgings. And a dozen other things. There's no rest for the wicked, ya know. smiley - laugh

I have a pair of sheds, a metal one about 10' x 14', and an open-faced wooden one. The latter is in dire need of an emptying again, of clutter that accumulates through the year. Unfortunately, having just looked at pricing of simple trailers, I'm left with having to call on a friend again. One that has a fair-sized truck ... For the couple of times a year that we have a need, the cost of either is just too far out of our reach.

*replenishes the oil on hands, and rubs a little deeper and higher, tendons just at the base of the noggin ...*

We've a pair of cars, both what I understand the Brits would call "family sized". Yet neither has the kind of capacity I'd need. I good 4.5' by 8' trailer, now THAT is more the idea.

My geography has always been horrid, seconded only by my utter failure with histories. So had to look for The Netherlands ... Where-abouts in that 'little' domain do you folks have your nest? (Mails are open, if you prefer that route) And do you own or rent it?

*eases off the massage, and goes to do one thing he IS good at, brewing a sturdy pot of smiley - coffee*

I easily found the towns that you named ... You're nicely in-land then, and not as prone to the harsher winter stuff, eh? I live in a geologically protective zone. Most of the vile weather either swings south over Lake Ontario, or north past a small range of hills. Only converging again 20 or so miles past us. Nice. smiley - biggrin
