Gotcha. Zaphara now has dibs on Zaphod. Remember, Zaphara, you only get to call dibs on one major character, and one minor character. Also there's a responsibility to calling dibs. If someone else wants to use Zaphod in their story chapters, you need to work WITH them to make it work right. If you have problems and someone else is being difficult, let me know and I'll do what I can to help. Okay? =)

I'll need to start a page when I get over to the BBBB side and start listing who has called dibs on what.

Still haven't heard from Trillian about whether or not she wants to call dibs on herself. If someone else calls it before she does, I'll be forced to let them have it. It's a first come first served sorta thing.

I've already kinda got Trillian in my story, whoops.

I know! I'll take half my dib off Zaphod, and put it on Trillian. Is tha a good idea? Well, it's as good as I'm gonna get it.

I've written about my dibs on the other dibs forum, but it seems pretty unvisited.
My dibs are on Fenchurch 2 and Arthur 2, not because they are directly in my story, but because their whereabouts is an important part of the plot.

Sorry, Zaphara, but Fenchurch and Arthur did loose contact (In an accident involving a time machine, a cup of tea and an argument with a teleporter repair man), but they might meet again. They probably will.
It depends on whether I feel I can write about them directly at any point, really.

That's cool, I just need the guy at the QuadBee end of this effort to notice my half dib on Trillian.

Sorry ladies. I responded to this a few days ago but apparently it didn't get through.

No one can call dibs on more than one major character. Sorry. Zaphara, you already called dibs on Zaphod. Trillian is still up for grabs. Artretia you can only call dibs on either Arthur or Fenchurch. And it's a given that we're referring to the Reality Two versions of these characters, because the only characters at this point who were able to make it through the Big Crunch/Bang were Marvin and the Guide Mark Two.

Also, I'm restructuring the QuadBee project so instead of just writing chapters to the story I was writing, each person is responsible for their own story. Continuity *might* not be as important an issue as I originally feared, since we're dealing with infinite alternate realities, pan dimensional variant strains and reverse temporal engineering.

My original plans for QuadBee were meant to not be restrictive but to accomplish the original intent it was still less lenient than I had anticipated, so I'm restructuring and compromising where necessary in order to accomodate as much creative input as possible.

Okay. Does that answer all your questions or did I overlook something?

well i call dibs on the ladybird whos name is oddly enough - telephone! as she has not been mentioned ever before (in any reality) we at this point know little about her or her reasons for being...

If they haven't appeared in one of the books, you get them anyway without the dibs thing. It's confusing like that.

Yeah the idea of individuals having control over certain characters was getting silly. DNA has control. We're just tinkering. If ever something happens so terrible that he speaks up, we're in trouble. I think if everyone respects the characters we should be okay.

And now, Zaphara gets depressed. Possibly.
